abby mohaupt

abby's heart work is devoted to living with integrity at the intersections of eco-feminism, social justice, and spirituality.

hello.

I’m the rev. abby mohaupt (she/her/hers). I’m a native of Northern Illinois, with roots in the Bay Area, New Jersey, and North Texas.

I acknowledge the Winnebago, Blackhawk, Ohlone, Wichita, Ramapough Lenape peoples who have tended these places, as well as the Lakota peoples whose work has informed my life.

We’re called to love God, other people, and all creation with our whole selves, seeking justice and compassion in the world. I’m called to this work as a parent, clergywoman, organizer, teacher, artist, and yogi. In particular, my climate justice activism is on the shoulders of and because of the courageous grassroots leaders of the environmental justice movements.

I’m likely to be found with coffee in one hand, crayons in the other, and my daughter strapped to my body for a long hike.

Let’s create something together.
